Welcome to ReeliChat (“ReeliChat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of our website, games, forums, groups, catalog, virtual items, and related services (“Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate information, protect your password, and use only your own account. Do not share credentials, impersonate others, evade a suspension, or create accounts for people who are not permitted to use the Services. You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law; minors may use the Services only with parent or guardian permission and supervision.

2. Acceptable use

You represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it follows these Terms.

4. Moderation and safety

We may review, label, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content, and may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts, groups, games, assets, or access when necessary for safety, law, investigations, or enforcement. Automated tools and human review may be used. We do not guarantee that all prohibited content will be detected or removed. Use reporting tools responsibly; knowingly false or malicious reports are prohibited.

5. Games, groups, and creators

Creators are responsible for the games, groups, thumbnails, descriptions, assets, and moderation they publish. Creators must follow these Terms, applicable law, and intellectual-property rules. We may disable a game, group, asset, or creator feature for safety, technical, policy, or legal reasons.

6. Virtual currency and items

Virtual currency, memberships, badges, inventory items, limited items, and digital benefits have no cash value and are not property outside the Services. Purchases, trades, resales, transfers, prices, stock, and availability are subject to the rules shown at transaction time. Except where required by law, transactions are final. We may correct errors or reverse transactions connected to fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or technical mistakes.

7. Advertising

We may display promotions, third-party advertisements, and sponsored content. Advertisements are provided by third parties and are not endorsements. Do not click, interact with, or encourage others to interact with ads to generate revenue, and do not disguise ads as site controls or content. Our advertising technologies and choices are described in the Privacy Policy. Where required, we will request consent or provide choices before personalized advertising. We follow applicable publisher requirements when using advertising products, but no Terms page can guarantee approval or continued ad serving.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, software, design, branding, logos, text, and original materials belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use them for personal, non-commercial use through the Services. Do not copy, sell, frame, mirror, or create derivative services without permission.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of content or inventory, device compatibility, or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReeliChat and its owners, staff, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, data, goodwill, virtual items, or currency. Total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount paid to us in the prior twelve months or 100 USD, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReeliChat and its affiliates, staff, contractors, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as the Services, law, or safety requirements change. We will post the updated version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept it. You may stop using the Services at any time; we may suspend or terminate access or discontinue features, subject to applicable law.

13. General and contact

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and feature-specific rules are the entire agreement concerning the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
