It depends on the genre/anime.
We have isekai, which mainly most of them has the same plot. The mc dies, got reincarnated in another world, got cr4p tons of waifus, save the world. Then we have slice of life (most romance are considered as slice of life), which, for most ppl is boring. Unless you're a lonely ass teenager (like me). We also have ecchi, which is h(you know what i mean) but with no baby making scenes.

Then we have shounen and shoujo animes. Shounen are mostly directed to boys (naruto, dbz etc) and shoujo's (sailormoon, love live etc) for girls. Next, we have magic/fantasy/supernatural animes which is almost the same as isekai animes éxcept that they actually live in that exact world since the beginning.
