Reporting the comment or the channel doesn't do anything because YouTube doesn't even care about their own platform, I tried blocking the god damn channels and I still keep seeing the comments but on Different Channels.
There was a similar situation where a bot commented on your video saying "You want to be YouTube Friends?" and the bot would get hundreds. NO. THOUSANDS of subscribers by doing absolutely nothing but hey that's the YouTube Experience!
