well im pretty sure they not only had to restart the games development once (maybe twice i dunno) but another thing is making a game requires lots of effort thinking and planning plus bug fixing and theyd need to set up many more things for proper multiplayer

and im not so sure about this but i think icseon and maybe another person is the only one(s) working on it
