Yeah sure the concepts are similar but technically icseon can't sue or copyright takedown those items or the site, since vistoria didn't use the assets from ReeliChat.

You can't copyright an idea. Like bob isn't copyrighted what so ever, if you like take the exact png then yes they could probably sue or copyright strike them probably.
