No, you don't need ReeliChat premium for forum colors (plus it doesn't even appear as a perk on the ReeliChat premium perks page).

[red]This text is red![/red]
[blue]This text is blue![/blue]
[yellow]This text is yellow![/yellow]
[b]This text is bold![/b]
[i]This text is italics![/i]
[l]This text is light![/l]

And I don't have ReeliChat premium and I just did all of those.
