If possible look far and at plants or trees

last tuesday I threw up and had a lot of headaches (I threw up 3 times that day and had short and long headaches)

Try to rest some, put a warmed, damp towel on your head, and maybe keep hydrated. That's what I do when I have a bad headache and it usually helps me, especially just getting rest.
