Change What a moderator is And add Administrators. Moderators Could be Hand-picked Community Members, Not ReeliChat staff, Who moderate the forums and Give out low-level Punishments, Like a temporary Suspension, Or A warning. This lets the community help with moderation, And prevent ReeliChat from needing to pay To moderate the forums. They're a lot like current Moderators, But Only moderate the forums, And are not ReeliChat Employees. Administrators Are a lot like our current moderators, It's really just a name change To distinguish them from The Moderators that just moderate the forums.

if this were to happen then the community picked mods wouldnt have the ability to temp-suspend someone or other things probably report them to the administrators most likely

"probably"

I guess all the Forum moderators could do would be to give out warnings and delete forum posts.

^^^ yes
