He tells me to stop spamming and i did! But other people continue on spamming on my Spam post on the Test Spam so i had to spam!

I tried to stop spamming but other people on my post called "SPAM HERE!" They just continued to break the tos! They just don't care and want to spam! So im gonna try to stop spamming but idk!
