so for some reason when I uploaded a shirt. I had like probably somewhere in the 300's cubes and when I uploaded the shirt, all of my cubes were downgraded to 12 cubes. I really dont know why. Please reply or talk to me on Discord (green hams#6729) if you know what happened.

yup doing loads of stuff could decrease your amount of Cubes!
