On my opinion:

Tix removal was a good thing, there was people on the site which was farming tix. Making robux less valuable.

The OD's are only a consequence of the roblox popularity. It's not a roblox problem to check all the messages.

"Toxic" players are only <10% of entire roblox.

The 42% of Toxic players is found almost everywhere. Meepcity got hacked into a inappropriate game and you coludent leave it. Roblox sucks now, back in june and July 2005 roblox became public beta, and then in late 2005 roblox was launched. soon in '06 multiplayer on roblox was released and then there was toxic roblox players but very few. In somewhere in the '10s roblox became really toxic and 2020 is just the start of it.
