Maybe add the UGC so people will create items without continuenly asking the admins for it, and the people that will be able to create items [red]MUST[/red] be trusted so you admins (that might be reading this) won't have to deal with the mayhem in the future. Or, when the client will be released, give the game developers the ability to create items (if you are comfortable with it).
