Will ReeliChat ever have offsale/limited items?

Yes. I believe there are already some items that are going to be off-sale. The spooky eyes are probably going off-sale in the release, since in the description it states that "this item is only available until November 1st as its part of our Halloween Event." Also, the faceless face might go off-sale as well.

Full release everything will go off sale and be remade and you won’t keep anything

Since this is only the test site, many things will probably be different on the full release, which will probably be on ReeliChat.com. On that site, you can expect to only have your account, nothing more, and possibly off-sale, limited items.
