I feel like comedians put on a happy face but act like there's a sad and dark side for entertainment. When there's a dark side or message you often find yourself deciphering the meaning in the jokes seeing how they could relate to something that the comedian is facing. It puts on a character within the character the comedian displays. I often find myself being bored with the comedians who just put on a funny show then leave. When there's a "Deeper Meaning" within the act its not only crazy and emotional, it's entertaining as hell. At least that's what I think.

my dad used to give me beer when i was 6 - 10 to help me sleep, which is probably why i drink every day and cry myself to sleep because my dad doesn't care about me and my mom is dead, the only person who 'cares' is my uncle and i have no friends irl because im awkward and all i have is this community
